Per the Child Nicotine Poisoning and Prevention act, retailers will now be required to keep GCC's (General Certificate of Compliance) on file for the lines that they carry in order to be compliant. Any E-Liquid manufactured or imported after the effective date of July 26, 2016 will be required to have this paperwork.
