ASPIRE POCKEX REVIEW
The Aspire Pockex is an all in one pen. All in one means nothing can be removed besides the coil and the top to fill. The Pockex has a 1500mah battery built inside of it. The tank has 2ml capacity and has top airflow which is non adjustable. To fill the tank you just unscrew the top silver cap and fill from there. From what i have i noticed when removing the top cap the coil seems to come with it 80% of the time. Don’t worry since it is top airflow you are still able to fill with the coil removed and not make a mess and it actually designed to to do that.
Since the tank is 2ml capacity this device is TPD compliant so you guys over in the UK are completely fine. The tank is built to be leak proof and from what i have noticed i haven't had any leaking so its living up to that. The issue i have have seen with other people is that their coil is flooding more than normal. To help combat that do not pull so hard on the Pockex. It is top airflow and pretty restrictive so if you pull too hard it will pretty much become a straw.
The Pockex comes with two different coils that you are able to use. It comes with a 0.6 ohm and 1.2 ohm coil. This is still not what people call a sub-ohm hit but the 0.6 ohm is still able to produce what you need and not eat the battery life up. The 1.2 ohm coil is perfect for mouth to lung hits and of course helps double the battery life compared to the 0.6ohm coil.
I do not have any cons for this device. Aspire really designed to really easy and unstressful. There is little maintenance. The only things you really have to worry about is to fill the tank when low, change the coil when it needs changing, and making sure you remember to charge to it. That's it. Pockex is a great starter kit and amazing for mouth to lung hits. This kit is an easy everyday device for me and an amazing on the go pen. It is small and gives me exactly what i need through the day.
